Private Events:
Blue Sky Bistro On The Bay is available for onsite private parties or business related events from November to May.
We've got packages that will work for any event and budget. Pick what you like, mix and match and please let us know if there's something you really want that's not on our list. We can accommodate just about anything!
To reserve the restaurant for a private party the following applies:
A minimum of 25 and maximum of 50 guests (unless we can utilize the outdoors tables)
An agreed upon schedule with starting and ending time for your event
Catering:
Please give us at least 5 days to help you select your menu and location (the more time the better, so we can staff adequately and accommodate any special requests).
Once your menu and guest count are finalized, you’ll get an easy-to-understand agreement. Our prices are per person, with a minimum of 20 guests, and are subject to sales tax and a 20% service charge.
A 50% deposit is required to book your event. Remaining balance due on the day of service.
72 hours before your event:
- We need a guaranteed final guest count, including the number of guests with dietary requests, like vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. (Guest count cannot be decreased after this time.)
- Final menu will be confirmed (no changes after this time).
- Should you find that more guests are going to attend during this 72 hour time frame, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your larger group.
